Vitaminhaat I have chronic constipation and these work great to help me go regularly even if it's opioid induced constipation!! I didn't want to take stimulant laxatives regularly and osmotic laxatives aren't the same as increasing motility. I haven't noticed any weight loss other than dropping a load lol. I am quite impressed with Forskolin (Coleus forskohlii) supplements for fat loss. I already have a tight nutrition and exercise program, but had hit a solid wall on burning off any more fat. I have used the typical stimulatory thermogenic compounds to burn off stubborn fat in the past and I just don’t care to revisit those. They’re often at least moderately effective, but my cardiovascular health is more important to me than burning fat with stimulatory thermogenic compounds that can unnecessarily tax the cardiovascular system.

I started this approximately two weeks ago. After about a week, I started noticing that I wasn’t hungry. When I did eat, food seemed to be more tasty. I weighed. I have been trying different methods to lose weight my whole life (85 years), and have never experienced such success!! As have been mentioned by other people, I have had more frequent bowel movements and looser, but that is kind of a plus for me, since I’ve had many constipation episodes before this. I have started to stay awake longer. Is this a magic caps?

So, initially I did not take these on a daily basis. So one day I got serious and began taking as directed. On about the 3rd or 4th day I noticed more energy and not as hungry as usual. I've been consistent now for about 7 days, not eating as much, no nite time snacking. Haven't weighed yet, going to give it a few more days. I'm encouraged

Seems To Work
I usually don't write reviews so quick but I'm doing it this time for the folks that may be on edge. I made my purchase on Tuesday and received my package on Wednesday. I wanted to wait until after the weekend to start taking the vitamins since I decided to do a spontaneous road trip but I was anxious to see how they would work so I took 1 about 30 minutes before I had breakfast. I ate breakfast (nothing too heavy), worked as normal and about 3 hours later when my supervisor asked about lunch I noticed I was actually full. This was around maybe 12pm (I ate around 9am). I started to feel hungry at about 4:30 but I had some water and completely forgot I was even hungry. Dinner time came around I still wasn't too hungry but I ate and got full pretty fast. It is now the next day (Friday) I had a small wrap and salad for brunch and I could not finish my food. I may have ate 2 or 3 bites too many because now I'm sick to my stomach (nothing to do with the pills, it's just my personal reaction when I eat too much). These suppressors seem to work. I'm only giving it a 4 star review for now because I am unsure of its effects once I become consistent with taking them. I will update my review (if I remember) mid way through the process

Best Formula of FORSKLIN so far!
I have tried several brands of forsklin. The other brands have been good. But this formula from Vitaminhaat Brand has been the best so far. I can tell it’s a higher quality sourced product than the other brands/formulas I’ve tried. It feels super clean inside of me. It gives me crisp mental clarity, and makes my hunger pains seem almost nonexistent. It gives me very steady cortisol levels and allows my body to burn any extra fat as an energy source…far more effectively and more easily than without it. One other benefit is that it helps me stay very regular and at ease with bowel movements. I have no idea why, but it has been beautiful!
